Join us aboard the Volunteer Princess on Sunday, September 4, 2011 for our fifth annual celebration of Boomsday featuring live entertainment from The Blue Heavy. Begin with cocktails at our fully-stocked bar and relax as our gracious crew and staff will attend to your every need and want. Guests will be tempted with hors d'oeuvres followed by a 3-course gourmet seated dinner prepared onboard by our chef.
Enjoy a fabulous two-hour cruise down the Tennessee River as we pass hundreds of fellow boaters prior to the firework show. Once we return to dockside, we rearrange tables and set up theater style seating so everyone can easily view the show. This year, Knoxville City's fireworks will be shot off of the railroad bridge running parallel to Henly Street Bridge (closed for construction). We have the best view in town right from the waterside! The bar will remain open until the conclusion of the firework display.
